CAMPARI TOASTS TO OFFICIAL PARTNERSHIP WITH 75TH FESTIVAL DE CANNES

For the first year Campari will be Official Partner of the world-renowned Festival de Cannes, and will be present at this year’s 75th edition of the iconic event, running from the 17th to the 28th of May 2022. Campari will bring great stories to life across a series of immersive events and activations beginning with Festival de Cannes and throughout the year. The partnership will be a continuation on Campari’s existing legacy in the world of cinema and its true and never-ending pursuit to unlock the creativity, individuality and red passion of others.

CAMPARI LOUNGE

Throughout the Festival, Campari offered an iconic lounge space that brought people into the world of Campari. The Campari Lounge, housed inside the prestigious Palais des Festivals, acted as a centre point throughout the festival, hosting a series of events and experiences, as well as offering the perfect venue to discover and taste Campari, the unforgettable ingredient sitting at the heart of some of the world’s most famous and best-selling cocktails, such as the iconic Negroni and the contemporary Campari Spritz. Every cocktail was a timeless creation, masterfully prepared and served by the mixologist of the Camparino in Galleria, telling a unique story thanks to the versatility of Campari and a sequence of never-ending story.

CAMPARI PARTY IN CANNES

The show within the show. Attended by stars like Edgar Ramirez, each moment of the evening turned the guests from spectators to protagonists pushing the boundaries of what is expected to go beyond the norm. A standout feature included an intriguing black cube that upon entry, invited guests to answer a question that would reflect their film preference, activating a visual environment based on their favorite genre. The guests were then served a specially curated cocktail made by a hidden mixologist, delivered through the wall.

CAMPARI’S COCKTAIL FOR CANNES

To honor the first year of the Official Partnership, Camparino in Galleria created a unique cocktail exclusively served at Festival de Cannes: Red Carpet – Cannes Edition. It’s a perfectly balanced combination that gave the palate the fresh flavour and salty notes of the vibrant Mediterranean atmosphere of the Festival de Cannes Red Carpet, with Espolòn Tequila Blanco, Cinzano Vermouth Bianco, Wray & Nephew Overproof Rum, sea leaf infused Fino Sherry, salt syrup, bitter orange and cider essence, garnished with orange peel. The timeless versatility of Campari completes it with its bitter taste and unique red colour.
A cocktail that tells a tale that truly goes beyond the usual.
